Refund Policy

Kingdom Trade Group LLC (“KTG”) offers consulting and advisory services under separate written engagement agreements. This Refund Policy summarizes our general approach; the specific engagement agreement will always govern.

First-time client engagements

For first-time clients, fees are collected only when deliverables are matched and accepted. If KTG is unable to deliver on the agreed scope, no fee is collected.

Fixed-fee engagements

Fixed-fee engagements are refundable pro rata if the work is halted by KTG before delivery. Fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable.

Retainer engagements

Retainer fees cover availability and ongoing work. Unused retainer hours may be rolled forward by mutual agreement; cash refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis subject to the engagement letter.

Success-based engagements

Success fees are earned only upon the occurrence of the defined trigger (e.g., closed transaction, signed mandate). If the trigger does not occur, no fee is owed and nothing is refundable because nothing was paid.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to consulting@kingdomtradegroupllc.com, referencing the engagement number and reason for the request. We respond within 10 business days.
