This Cancellation Policy explains how clients can end active engagements or subscriptions with Kingdom Trade Group LLC (“KTG”). As with our Refund Policy, the specific engagement agreement will govern where more restrictive or specific terms apply.
Consulting engagements
Consulting and advisory engagements may be canceled by either party with written notice per the terms of the engagement agreement (typically 14 or 30 days' notice). Work in progress at the time of cancellation is billed pro rata.
Retainer subscriptions
Monthly retainers can be canceled effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Submit cancellation requests at least five business days before the next renewal date.
Market Insights subscriptions
When Market Insights launches, cancellation terms for subscriptions will follow this framework: monthly plans cancel at the next billing date; annual plans cancel at the end of the annual term, with no early-termination refunds unless stated otherwise.
How to cancel
Send cancellation notices in writing to consulting@kingdomtradegroupllc.com (for consulting engagements) or insights@kingdomtradegroupllc.com(for future Market Insights subscriptions). Include the engagement or subscription reference, the effective date of cancellation, and any reason if you'd like to share it.
Counterparty network status
Counterparty registration status is free and does not require cancellation. You may request removal from our network at any time by contacting counterparty@kingdomtradegroupllc.com.
