Shipment:

Procedure:
- Agreement: Buyer and seller reach an agreement after LOI/RFQ and price offer.
- SPA Issuance: SPA is issued for analysis and revisions.
- SPA Signing: SPA is signed by both seller and buyer.
- Proof of Funds: Buyer issues proof of funds (MT199) within 5 working days. (If the Buyers Bank is in China, the Seller’s Bank can request for POF via Bank-to-Bank Communication)
- 5. Proof of Product: Seller returns proof of product (POP) through swift message.
- LC Issuance: Buyer issues Draft LC or LC pre-advice (MT705) for approval and mutual agreement on verbiage.
- LC Activation: Buyer activates LC.
- Performance Bond (PB): Seller issues PB pre-advice based on EXW value.
- Seller’s Performance: Seller activates PB, and performance starts.
- Document Transfer: Commercial documents, COO, SGS report, COA, and other referenced export documents are transferred between banks at loading.
- Payment: Issued by TT (M103) within 5 days or through LC negotiation between banks within 15 days.
- Revolving Contract: Trial clauses activate the revolving contract for ongoing shipments.
Product Specification (SPEC):
- Chemical Composition: In line with international alloy designations and chemical composition limits for wrought aluminum and wrought aluminum alloys (AA 2009).
- Production: Made from aluminum scrap (new or old), sourced from post-industrial or postconsumer processes. Additional raw material from dross and salt cake.
- Manufacturing Process: Includes collection, sorting/cleaning of scrap, melting, and casting. Types of furnaces used include reverberatory, rotary, crucible, and electric furnaces. Impurities are removed using salt or gases, and additional elements may be added to meet final product specifications.
