Requirement Overview: Iron Ore 62-65% Fe (FINES OR POWDER)

• Product: Iron Ore 62-65% Fe (Fines or Powder)
• Purchase Quantity: 150,000 to 420,000 MT per Shipment (+/- 5%), with a maximum of 600,000MT per Month (Can be increased based on Supplier Capacity)
• Contract: 12 shipments per year
• Delivery Terms: CIF to Any Safe World Port (ASWP)
• Payment Terms: 100% DLC at sight payment 100% or 95% and 5% at Destination Port. 

Price Calculation (Based on Market Data as of 1/28/2024) Iron Ore 62% Fe, CFR China (TSI) Swa price information - FT.com):

• Base Price: $135.54 for 62% Fe Iron Ore
• Price Adjustment: For every percentage point up or down, the price will be adjusted at $1 per ton
• Agreed Fe Content: 64.5% (Price increases by $2.50)
• Today’s Adjusted Price: $135.54 + $2.50 = $138.04
• Fixed Discount: 15% - 18% on this formula price
• Final Price (with 15% Discount for Example): $117.33 per ton, CIF to Guangxi, Shanzi, Hebei Port in China
• Commission: $5.00 per Ton

Inspection and Origin:

• Inspection: SGS or CCIC or another qualified inspection agency at the seller’s expense (additional inspection at unload port at seller’s expense if required)
• Origin: Any country

Unload Port:

• Designated Ports: Guangxi, Shanzi, Hebei port in China

Specifications:

• Standard International Specifications: MAGNETITE (FINES OR POWDER)
• Conformance: Iron Ore to be supplied under the present contract shall conform to the specifications and standards set out below.
